Position Summary:

We’re seeking a staff RN to join our hospital-based team. This role will utilize your specialized training and knowledge in a multidisciplinary environment, promoting collaboration, learning, and ethical patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
  • Utilize the knowledge base of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction.
  • Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff, and members of the health care team.
  • Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire.
  • RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January1,2021 may be considered in lieu of an education agreement.
  • Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
  • Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington State or multi‑state licensure endorsement (MSL).
  • Current BLS Certification required.
  • ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department.
  • Certification in specialty area preferred.
  • One (1) year of experience in an acute care setting preferred.
Pay and Benefit Expectations
  • Competitive salary range of $43.82 – $69.22 USD, influenced by skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, retirement, and paid time off.
  • Union contract considerations affect pay step alignment.
  • Additional benefits available through Multi Care’s comprehensive system of health services.
