Overview
The Clinical Supervisor RN coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and the clinical workflows and activities within the clinic. This position functions as an integral member of the clinic leadership team, bringing the professional nursing perspective to the group and upholding the standards of nursing practice. Oversees the care provided by clinical support staff and initiates efforts to improve the quality and skill levels of the clinical staff members.
Leads clinical staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in an efficient, safe, and timely manner that is sensitive to the patient s physical, psychological and spiritual needs. Works directly with physicians regarding their practice related to the nursing department. Ensures compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.

Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage clinical support staff and clinical workflows within the clinic.
- Act as an integral member of the clinic leadership team and uphold nursing practice standards.
- Oversee care provided by clinical staff and implement initiatives to improve quality and skill levels.
- Lead clinical staff to deliver patient care services efficiently, safely, and timely, addressing physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
- Collaborate with physicians regarding nursing department practices and ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
- National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.
- At least 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within an ambulatory setting.
- Bachelor s Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.
- Previous charge/lead nurse experience.

The pay range for this role is $55.45 - $86.08 per hour. Base pay is provided, with additional compensation possible such as shift differentials and bonuses.
