Seattle Children's Hospital is excited to announce an interview day/hiring event specifically for Certified Nursing Assistants.
Current CNA openings are available hospital-wide and may include the following departments:Acute Care Units
Critical Care Units
12hr shifts are available Part‑time positions- 0.6 FTE – 40 hours per bi‑weekly pay periods
- 0.75 FTE – 60 hours per bi‑weekly pay periods
- 0.9 FTE – 72 hours per bi‑weekly pay periods
- Day – 7:00am – 7:00pm
- Nights – 7:00pm – 7:00am
Most of these positions require working rotating weekends. To be considered, you should apply online to this job and include the following documents.

After careful review of all applications, a smaller group of candidates will be selected to move forward in the interview phase of the hiring process. If you are selected, you will be contacted by email with an invitation to interview. You will have 48 hours to respond and confirm your interview. If we do not hear back within 48 hours, we will proceed with other candidates.

All newly hired CNAs must be available to start work with an active NAC License. If you are not selected for this group of interviews, we would welcome your application again for any of our future CNA interviewing events.
The CNA role at Seattle Children’s provides care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Physician by applying their knowledge and skill to provide appropriate interactions with staff, patients, and families of all ages.
RequiredEducation and Experience
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Washington (NAC License)..
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers.
- Two or more years of experience in a pediatric health care setting.
$21.64 – $32.45 per hour.
Salary InformationThis compensation range was calculated based on full‑time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
