The Swedish Neurological Institute is seeking a full-time Neurosurgery nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join the cranial team at the Swedish Cherry Hill Campus in Seattle, Washington.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive care for cranial surgery patients across multiple settings, including ambulatory clinic, inpatient management, and surgical assist. You will work closely with neurosurgeons while maintaining a high level of autonomy in patient care. - Full-time position, 4 10-hour shifts with weekend rotation
- Practice across clinic, inpatient care, and surgical first assist
- Join a highly collaborative, established cranial neurosurgery team
- Prior experience as a surgical first assist
- Acute care experience as a provider
- Strong clinical judgment with ability to manage complex neurosurgical patients
- Demonstrated empathy and professionalism in difficult patient conversations
- New graduates will not be considered for this role
- Compensation is between $149,868 to $205,789 per year
