Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown (Interventional Cardiac)

Seattle, WA

Contract | Days (3x10 Hours, 11:00–21:30) | Onsite | No Weekends | No Holidays | No Call

• Provide pre- and post-procedure care for interventional cardiac and diagnostic patients, including angiogram, elective PCI, cardioversion, TEE, and structural heart procedures
• Manage care for electrophysiology patients undergoing ablation, lead placement, and pacer placement
• Perform sheath removal, epicardial pacer management, and cardioversion/defibrillation
• Administer blood and blood products, and manage stable drips including Heparin and Insulin
• Interpret and manage telemetry and dysrhythmias
• Float to like units as required; nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:3

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license accepted
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Demonstrated experience with interventional cardiac patients and IV skills
• Proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Experience with procedure sedation and sheath pulls

• Experience with pre- and post-TAVR, Mitral Clip, and same-day structural heart procedure recovery
• Familiarity with EP procedures including ablation and pacer/lead placement
• Prior travel nursing experience in an IMC, PCU, or stepdown setting

• Work in a specialized interventional cardiac unit with a manageable 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio and no weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements
