We’re seeking a dedicated Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a travel assignment in New Britain, Connecticut. As a crucial member of the medical-surgical team, you’ll provide prehensive nursing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver prehensive patient care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient information accurately in electronic medical records.
• Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous fluids as prescribed by the medical team.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers within the hospital.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Provide emotional support and fort to patients and their families during their hospital stay.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Connecticut.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience working in a medical-surgical setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure environments.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and work settings.
• Willingness to travel and work in different healthcare facilities.
