• Casual Employee (per diem, hourly clinician role)
• 16–24 patient care hours per week

• Seeing patients in Downtown Seattle (with float to nearby clinics as needed)

• Seeing patients with a broad array of needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits (non‑panel‑building role)
• Treating patients in‑office and performing occasional tele‑health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
• Utilizing your clinical training and performing in‑office procedures
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states

• At least 2 years of primary care experience
• Current licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Washington State
• Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively in 1‑on‑1 and group settings
• Thriving in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven organization focused on data‑driven patient outcomes
• Board certification

The hourly rate for this role is $171.00. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule; additional pay may be determined for candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package may include benefits.
