Salary: $45+ DOE – LPN (Non-Exempt/Hourly); $50+ DOE – RN (Non-Exempt/Hourly)

We are seeking Part‑Time and/or On‑Call LPNs and RNs to join our team.

As our community's Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing the health status of individual residents; planning interventions to enhance resident health, independence and quality of life; implementing plans of care; and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided. Typical duties include administering prescribed medications, performing ordered treatments, and ensuring Nursing Assistants – Certified (NACs) provide care in a manner that maximizes benefit to residents.

You must communicate effectively with residents, their families, other staff, physicians, and health‑care providers of various specialties. As Charge Nurse, you continually raise the standard of care through participation in quality assurance activities and continuing education.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current nursing license for the State of Washington.
• Prefer at least 3–5 years of experience.
• Broad knowledge base and experience in geriatric nursing, long‑term care, and supervisory duties.
• Experienced in caring for geriatric residents as evidenced by completed courses and clinical practice.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Willingness to complete continuing education required by state law.
• Adherence to state rules and regulations concerning delivery of resident care and ensuring nursing services are provided and documented.
