Clinic RN - Midwifery BALLARD

The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs and applying appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. The role facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct contact, telephonic/telehealth, or electronic encounters.

This RN works in collaboration with other health care team members, maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients. Actions reflect the organization’s core values.

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Upon hire:
  Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association

• Upon hire:
  National Medical Assistant Certification
