CT Tech Position

The position is for a CT Tech. The shift involves working three twelve-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. The role requires two call shifts per month. A minimum of two years of experience is preferred. First-timers are accepted for this position. Weekends are not a requirement. The candidate must possess ARRT (R), BLS certifications, and a WA RAD license. On-call duties are required, with a frequency of two shifts per month.

Floating within the scope of the facility's needs is expected. Block scheduling is not accommodated for this role. Locals are accepted. Pending licenses will not be accepted for this position. The facility is a Magnet, Teaching, Level I trauma facility. It has a total of 500 staffed beds. Any solid color scrubs may be worn, with light blue provided on the unit.

Charting is done using the Epic system. Daily onsite parking options are available. The facility provides a busy trauma department and services as a Stroke Center. It has three Siemens scanners in operation. Staffing includes 10-11 techs per day shift and 6 techs per night shift. Call shifts may be signed up for or assigned. Epic experience is required for this position.

References will be required during the application process. Modules are non-billable and must be completed prior to starting. The duration for RN modules is 6-8 hours and for allied staff, it is 2-3 hours. If required, additional training may extend the module hours. Modules will be recorded via transcripts by the facility.
