Performs activities of daily living (ADL) under supervision by RN/LPN;
Follows the Restorative Plan of Care and performs range of motion exercises, turning and positioning, ambulation and other routine care procedures;
Assists with admission, discharge and transfer of patients;
Maintains constant privacy of all Veterans and accurately documents treatments and care
