Field Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant. Acute Care in the Home. Everett, WA and surrounding Snohomish County | Full-Time (Exempt) | On-site, Field-Based. $165,000 to $175,000 per year, plus a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. 3 x 12‑hour shifts per week, with 4 consistent days off.

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver high‑quality acute medical care directly to patients where they live. You will have the autonomy to assess, decide, and act, backed by a dedicated team of paramedics, nurses, and physicians.

• Deliver care that follows the patient. Perform problem‑focused assessments and hands‑on interventions (IV fluids, wound care, splinting, medication administration) right in the home. No charge nurse, no transfer delays. You assess and act. Own the care plan.
• Order and interpret diagnostics (labs, EKGs, POCUS), and partner with referring clinicians to build holistic care plans that honor patient goals and palliative principles.
• Take part in quality initiatives with real, measurable impact, helping to significantly reduce readmissions and emergency department use while keeping patient satisfaction exceptionally high.

• Licensed professional. You hold a current, unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Experienced clinician. You have at least 2 years (or 3,600 hours) of experience in relevant high‑acuity settings such as the Emergency Department, Inpatient Medicine, or Post‑Acute Care.
• EMS background (highly desirable). Experience in EMS, especially with IV access and field medication administration, is a strong plus.
• Adaptable. You thrive in fast‑paced, startup environments and can flex your clinical skills to meet patients where they are, across diverse home settings.
• Certified. Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Mobile. You hold a valid driver's license and have the physical ability to carry equipment (up to 60lbs) and navigate stairs.

Field‑based in Everett, WA and the surrounding Snohomish County area. Full‑time, exempt, on‑site. 3×12‑hour shifts per week, with four consistent days off. Flexibility for some evening, weekend, and holiday coverage, so patients receive care when they need it most.
