Why This Isn't Your Average CRNA OpportunityAs a CRNA at Seattle Children's, you aren't just running routine cases. You are an essential, highly respected member of an elite, collaborative anesthesia care team managing complex pediatric cases.
Here, you'll work side-by-side with world-class anesthesiologists and surgeons, managing an incredibly diverse range of cases while mentoring medical students, nursing students, and residents. One day you might be handling a routine outpatient procedure at our state-of-the-art Bellevue Surgical Center; the next, you could be providing life-saving qua ternary care for complex cardiac, neurosurgical, or transplant cases.

- Salary Range: $277,803 to $303,294 per year

Required
Education and Experience Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
Previous pediatric anesthesia experience is preferred; however, new graduates with extensive pediatric residency rotations at academic medical centers are considered Required Credentials Active, unrestricted Washington state Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license
Board certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
