As a Full Time Nurse Practitioner (NP), you will provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Seattle, WA. The scheduled hours are 32 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00am-4:00pm.
What You’ll Do- Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
- Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
- Develop patient care plans, record progress, and ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
- Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies
- Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed
- Maintain patient health records with accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintains state RN licenses/certificates to practice
- Maintains Nurse Practitioner licenses/certificates to practice
- Maintains State Prescriptive Authority (if applicable)
- Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable)
- State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required in your state
- Current national certification (ANCC or AANP required)
- Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing
- Current certification with hands-on training in Basic Life Support (BLS);
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on contract scope of services - At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $ - $ annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0769 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on the standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
