Supervisor Care Management RN
The Supervisor Care Management RN is responsible for the supervision of case management and utilization management functions at US Family Health Plan to achieve cost‑effective utilization of resources. Duties include coordinating services to move patients efficiently through the continuum of care, reviewing and processing referrals, conducting timely medical‑necessity reviews and authorizations for admitted patients and outpatient referral requests, ensuring accurate application of TRICARE policy guidelines and other regulations, maintaining staff schedules, and overseeing all areas of department operations.
The role collaborates with the Director of Operations and USFHP Medical Director(s) to develop and implement strategic case management and utilization management goals.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a current Washington license.
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience.
- At least 1 year supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of acute inpatient, skilled nursing facility, home health or community health nursing, including care management, care coordination, and discharge planning.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
Base pay range: $61.91 – $97.72. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
