UW Medical Center – Northwest seeks an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Pre‑Op and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) within Surgical Services. You will partner with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient perioperative care.
The role carries 24‑hour accountability for clinical operations, patient care delivery, staff management, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and patient experience.
