We are seeking a compassionate and experienced
** Part time Hospice Registered Nurse
** includes **$5,000 Sign on Bonus
** to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors in their homes, ensuring comfort and dignity during their end-of-life journey.
** Schedule**:
Saturday & Sunday

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Deliver comprehensive nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with their individualized care plans.
* Conduct regular assessments and adjust care plans as needed to meet the evolving needs of patients.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
* Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.## Qualifications
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington or Multistate licensure.
* Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care.
* Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage complex patient needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
