LPN - On Call SNF

Compensation & Hours

Wage range: $34.00 to $42.95/hour depending on experience.

On call position.

• Weekend differential of $2.00/hour (Friday 11 pm to Monday 8 am).
• NOC differential of $3.00/hour (11 pm to 7 am).

Licensed Vocational Nurses (LPN) provide nursing care for residents while incorporating the philosophy for person-directed care. They ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors; participate in residents’ daily life rhythm; help develop assignments in coordination with care partners; and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

• Current LVN/LPN license in Washington state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience, senior care preferred.
