* Key Responsibilities:

*** Assist with medication management, wound care, and health monitoring.
* Use AI systems to assist in completing clear and accurate notes during visits.
* Focus on patient interaction and quality of care by reducing administrative burden.
** Education and/or Experience
*** Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
* 1 year experience in a hospital, nursing home, home health, or experience working with terminally ill patients.
** Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations
*** Active and unencumbered Licensed Vocational/Practical nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
* Preferred within 30 days of hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
** Compensation range:** **$31.11-$47.59
***** The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities
