We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join a premier hospital delivery unit. In this role, you will apply specialized training and clinical skills to provide compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care. You will join an empowering healthcare environment dedicated to clinical excellence, whole-person care, and nursing autonomy.
Key ResponsibilitiesNursing Professional Practice:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Develop, update, and coordinate individualized plans of care to optimize patient outcomes and transitions across the care continuum. Monitor, record, and communicate clinical conditions effectively.Patient Advocacy:
Actively advocate for ethical, holistic, patient-centered care, promoting patient autonomy, dignity, rights, and values.Learning & Mentorship:
Foster a supportive learning environment for patients, families, student nurses, and interprofessional care team members.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) License upon hire.
BLS Certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.
NRP Certification (American Academy of Pediatrics) upon hire.
Minimum 1+ years of dedicated post-licensure RN experience in Labor & Delivery (L&D). (
Note:
Nursing school clinical rotations and residency programs do not meet this requirement).
National Specialty Certification in Obstetric/L&D Nursing upon hire.
Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $190,000 / year (commensurate with experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 for eligible candidates
