Registered Nurse Long Term Care - Float Pool

We are seeking qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time and part-time roles across all shifts at a skilled nursing facility.

As a Primary Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing resident care within your designated neighborhood, collaborating with residents, families, and the care team to plan and implement personalized care. You will delegate responsibilities to associate nurses and team members when not on duty, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive environment.

• Providing direct nursing care and care coordination
• Partnering with residents and families to develop care plans
• Leading and collaborating with care team members
• Fulfilling the job duties of a registered nurse in a skilled nursing setting

• Nursing Degree and Washington RN License
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• At least one year of nursing experience with a similar population

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Specialty certification and leadership experience as a charge or primary nurse
• Experience in person-directed care environments
