Explore Seattle, WAAn expansive coastal geography layers over a dense medical landscape in Seattle, WA. Harborview Medical Center and the University of Washington Medical Center are the academic systems at the center of the network, and meeting regional demand keeps travelers in large inpatient units and the ICU. Link light rail covers the Seattle-Bellevue corridor and the airport, while Sounder commuter rail runs south to Tacoma and north toward Everett, giving nurses several ways to land within reach of the core.
Housing reaches across that transit spine. Outside work, Discovery Park is a quiet place to decompress, with views out to Mount Rainier on a clear day. The transit options are a real plus for travelers who would rather not commute by car everywhere.
