• Pay: $87,000 - $145,000 yearly
• Location: Seattle, WA

• Schedule: Full-time, includes days, evenings, and weekends
• Sign-On Bonus: Eligible for annual bonus plan

• Provide exceptional coordination of care and patient education.
• Administer medications during patient visits in various settings.
• Mentor and train new nurses through the Central Orientation Program.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to address patient condition changes.
• Work with nursing leadership to meet operational and performance goals.
• Demonstrate high levels of patient care and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and company policies.
• Travel to patients’ homes within a large geographic region.

• MSN degree preferred

• 5+ years of RN experience
• 3+ years of intensive care nursing experience in relevant units

• Active RN license in the state of Washington
• Active or eligibility to obtain national certification (CRNI) or other relevant certification
• Valid driver’s license
