Heart’n Soul Hospice in Seattle is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team, delivering compassionate end-of-life care and educating patients and families on disease processes and self-care. You will collaborate with the IDG to develop care plans and work with hospice physicians to optimize palliation.
The successful candidate will hold an RN license and APN credential, have 2+ years of APN experience in hospice or home health, and possess strong pharmacology and end-of-life knowledge.
