LANDSCAPE Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various landscaping projects, including planting, lawn maintenance, and installation of landscape features. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscaping elements.
• Install and maintain irrigation systems and drainage solutions.
• Operate basic landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist with the installation of hardscapes, such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in landscaping or general labor is a plus but not required.
• Ability to operate basic landscaping tools and machinery.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
