Associate Veterinarian Aurora Veterinary Hospital - Seattle, WA Pet Vet Care Centers

Aurora Veterinary Hospital, a well-established 3-doctor practice in North Seattle, is seeking a compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative team. Backed by Pet Vet Care Centers, we offer the support of a national network with the feel of a locally led hospital.

About Our Practice

We are a busy, team-oriented hospital known for our strong culture and client relationships. Our doctors collaborate closely, with daily huddles and regular team meetings to support communication and care quality.

Our recently remodeled facility includes:
  • Ultrasound and digital radiology (including dental)
  • In-house laboratory
  • Dedicated dental suite

We are proudly AAHA-accredited and Fear Free certified.

Located in North Seattle, we’re minutes from Green Lake and vibrant neighborhoods like Fremont and Ballard, offering a great balance of work and lifestyle.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $135,000-$180,000 + Pro Sal (no negative accrual)
  • Signing, retention & relocation incentives up to $75,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform exams, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry
  • Build strong client relationships through communication and education
  • Maintain medical records and oversee case management
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care
Qualifications
  • DVM/VMD from an accredited program
  • Licensed (or eligible) in Washington
  • DEA (or ability to obtain)
  • 1+ years experience preferred
  • Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to compassionate care
