We are working on behalf of a privately owned, modern small animal hospital that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its team. The clinic is spacious and carefully laid out, with advanced diagnostics, several exam rooms, dedicated surgery and dental suites, and a highly skilled technical team behind every appointment.
It has earned a strong reputation for open communication, real collaboration, and patient-first medicine. This group takes mentorship, teamwork, and the well-being of pets and people seriously. Whether you are a seasoned clinician or a newer graduate looking for solid guidance, you will find a place to grow without the ego. You would join two veterinarians with complementary strengths, supported by engaged technicians and assistants who keep the day running smoothly so you can focus on great care.
The schedule is predictable and flexible, running three to four days a week with no weekends or on-call, and built around a sustainable pace and a proper life outside work. Base salary sits between $150,000 and $170,000 plus production.
