Here at Outlook, we are looking for Teammates to join our High Rise Division. As a member of our team you will learn to use rope access skills for tasks ranging from window washing to building restoration and new construction cleans.

- Able to pick up and carry 50lbs. on a regular basis
Any background or experience with ropes and/or window cleaning is required.
Compensation & Benefits- Full time work all year around with 5 paid holidays
- Paid weekly by direct deposit
- Starting wages from $25-$35 per hour DOE, Overtime available upon Management approval.

- Must have reliable transportation with the ability to transport your gear from job site to job site.
- Vehicle must fit in a standard parking garage.
