Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough sewer scope inspections to ensure the safety and quality of home systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide clear, actionable insights from inspection findings.
  • Utilize advanced technology to document and report inspection results accurately.
  • Take Air Quality, Mold, and Asbestos samples.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Identify potential issues and recommend solutions to prevent future problems.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies during inspections.
Qualifications
  • Experience in conducting comprehensive sewer scope inspections with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, providing clear and actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of utilizing advanced technology to document and report inspection results accurately.
  • Understanding of sewer lines, materials, issues, equipment, and installation.
  • Familiarity with taking Air Quality, Mold, and Asbestos samples, ensuring precise and reliable data collection.
  • Up‑to‑date knowledge of industry standards and best practices, with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Strong communication skills to enhance service delivery through effective team collaboration.
  • Ability to identify potential issues and recommend proactive solutions to prevent future problems.
Compensation

$65,000 - $95,000 yearly.
