- Conduct thorough sewer scope inspections to ensure the safety and quality of home systems.
- Collaborate with clients to provide clear, actionable insights from inspection findings.
- Utilize advanced technology to document and report inspection results accurately.
- Take Air Quality, Mold, and Asbestos samples.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identify potential issues and recommend solutions to prevent future problems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies during inspections.
- Experience in conducting comprehensive sewer scope inspections with a focus on safety and quality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, providing clear and actionable insights.
- Proven track record of utilizing advanced technology to document and report inspection results accurately.
- Understanding of sewer lines, materials, issues, equipment, and installation.
- Familiarity with taking Air Quality, Mold, and Asbestos samples, ensuring precise and reliable data collection.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of industry standards and best practices, with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong communication skills to enhance service delivery through effective team collaboration.
- Ability to identify potential issues and recommend proactive solutions to prevent future problems.
$65,000 - $95,000 yearly.
