*** Commercial Airplanes is looking for Associate and Experienced Non-Destructive Test (NDT)
Specialists to support the In-Service NDT team based in Tukwila, WA on first shift. We are committed to provide our team equal opportunity for growth in a stable work environment. *** customer to build balanced work relationships.

Position Responsibilities:

" Authors Non-Destructive Test (NDT) procedures.
" Incorporates revisions authored by method Responsible Level III in the standard procedure review process.
" Develops Computer Assisted Drawings (CAD) of specialized calibration standard.
" Performs setup for non-destructive test or measurement equipment to calibration standards.
" Composes procedure Figures providing information on inspection location, geometry, accessibility, probe /transducer placement, and notch signal response.
" Reports potential adverse trends or anomalous results.

Required Skills:

" 1+ years of education or experience in NDI (non-destructive inspection) or NDT (non-destructive test).
" Proficient in MS Office Suite
" Ability to work variable shifts, overtime, and occasional weekends if necessary.
" Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
" Ability to work in confined spaces.

Preferred

Skills:

" 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
" 800 hours of Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
" 300 hours of Ultrasonic Shear-Wave Testing
" 800 hours of Eddy Current Testing (ET).
"

Experience with CAD Software"Experience writing UT & ET techniques and inspection procedures
