Quality Assurance Analyst

Genesis
10 is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Tukwila, WA. This is a 6 month contract opportunity.

In this role, you will participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Quality Assurance. You will review and analyze tactical Quality Assurance assignments, present recommendations for resolving situations, and exercise independent judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Quality Assurance
• Review and analyze basic or tactical Quality Assurance assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables
• Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations
• Exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Provide information to personnel in Quality Assurance

Requirements:

• 2 years of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education

Desired skills:

• Ability to work independently and embrace change
• Proactive with the ability to take initiative
• Ability to identify process gaps and bring forward solutions

Pay range: $23.13 - $31.13 per hour
