Quality Assurance Analyst- WA

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst- WA to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst- WA, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, proactive initiative, and adaptability, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Participate in low to moderately complex quality assurance initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Review and analyze basic or tactical quality assurance assignments, conducting research and evaluating alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
• Present recommendations for resolving quality issues, exercising independent judgment while understanding policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide clear and accurate information to client personnel regarding quality assurance processes and findings.
• Support offshore teams, including Shannon - Offshore support, ensuring seamless collaboration and quality standards.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and embrace change with a proactive approach.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and bring forward solutions.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
