Quality Assurance Analyst- WA

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst- WA to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst- WA, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting operational excellence. Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst- WA

Location: Seattle, WA

• Participate in low to moderately complex quality assurance initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Review and analyze basic or tactical quality assurance assignments, conducting research and evaluating alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
• Present recommendations for resolving quality issues, exercising independent judgment while understanding policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide clear and accurate information to client personnel regarding quality assurance processes and findings.
• Support offshore teams, including Shannon - Offshore support, ensuring seamless collaboration and quality standards.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and embrace change with a proactive approach.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and bring forward solutions.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
