Position: Quality Assurance Analyst 2 - NC

QA Analyst

In this assignment, you may participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Quality Assurance. This role involves reviewing and analyzing Quality Assurance assignments that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives. You will present recommendations for resolving situations and exercise independent judgment while developing an understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quality assurance reviews on processes, data, or operational activities.
  • Analyze QA findings and identify trends, gaps, or areas for improvement.
  • Support low to moderately complex QA initiatives and deliverables.
  • Document findings, observations, and recommendations clearly and accurately.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Manage multiple QA tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Work independently while escalating issues or non-routine questions as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest practical solutions.
  • Communicate QA results and insights to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

2+ years of Quality Assurance experience.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
