Delivery Assurance Specialist
The Supplier Quality & Supply Chain Excellence Manager is responsible for ensuring supplier delivery assurance, quality performance, and production readiness while mitigating supply chain risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Supplier Quality Management activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and improve supplier performance using KPIs related to quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness.
- Develop and execute Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) for underperforming suppliers.
- Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and performance reviews.
Delivery Assurance & Capacity Planning
- Ensure delivery assurance by collaborating with suppliers on production planning, capacity analysis, and constraint management.
- Perform capacity planning and validate supplier capability to meet short-term and long-term demand.
- Identify potential delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
