Role:Accessibility Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test frameworks for complex projects.
- Lead end-to-end testing activities across web applications, APIs, and integrated systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain UI and API automation frameworks
. - Ensure product compliance with Accessibility Standards (ADA/WCAG 2.1) through testing using tools such as NVDA and JAWS
. - Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Drive quality metrics, test reporting, and continuous process improvements.
- Mentor QA team members and promote QA best practices across the organization.
- Support release validation and quality gates within the software delivery lifecycle.
Skills & Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.
- End-to-End Testing
- Manual Testing
- API Automation using REST Assured and/or Postman
- Accessibility Testing (ADA, WCAG 2.1, NVDA, JAWS)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with in Banking or Financial Services domains.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Experience with Git and version control practices.
- Prior experience in team leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management
