- Support reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements, ensuring safety and quality are embedded in plans and practices.
- Assist with maintaining Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics, while demonstrating ownership and diligence.
- Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of routine problems, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Support research and analysis of performance reports with accuracy and responsibility to enhance process capability.
- Prepare for hardware, software, and system-level audits, supporting trustworthy transparency and compliance.
- Compile data for material review disposition, through respectful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Work directly with a mentor in your field of study while solving real-world problems that emphasize safety and quality.
- Tour Boeing’s state-of-the-art manufacturing and research facilities, connecting hands‑on experience with your academic learning.
- Interact with company leaders to understand strategic priorities and Boeing’s future direction — cultivating trust through transparent communication.
- Attend networking events, development seminars, and executive engagements designed to strengthen your professional network and support your growth as a valued team member.

These positions are expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
These positions must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
