About PMI Arka

PMI Arka is a fast-growing residential and short-term rental property management company serving the greater Seattle area. We manage 75+ long-term rental homes today and are scaling toward 200 doors over the next two years. We are also building a dedicated short-term rental (Airbnb) management vertical with significant growth planned.

Our mission is simple: deliver disciplined operations, high-quality asset care, and exceptional owner experience — while building a modern, scalable real estate platform.

This is not a maintenance-heavy role. This is an operations role at the foundation of a growing business.

The Role:

Operations Associate

This position is the operational backbone of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring properties are rent-ready, inspections are executed flawlessly, vendors are coordinated efficiently, and owners and tenants experience professional, consistent service.

This is a field-forward role with administrative components. You will not be required to work from the office daily and will have schedule flexibility.

Core Responsibilities Residential (Long Term) Property Management
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
  • Perform mid-lease walkthroughs
  • Execute final pre-move-in sweeps (keys, lockboxes, welcome materials)
  • Conduct rent-ready pre-assessments and develop scope of work
  • Coordinate and supervise vendors to ensure timely completion of work
  • Perform occasional property visits as needed
  • Prepare and deliver formal notices (e.g., rent increases)
  • Support tenant communication related to operational matters
Short Term Property Management
  • Oversee new property onboarding and staging coordination
  • Conduct pre-check-in inspections to ensure quality standards
  • Coordinate turnover vendors and confirm readiness before guest arrival
  • Perform rent-ready pre-assessments for new STR listings
  • Maintain operational standards to support 5-star guest experiences
Office and Administrative Support:
  • Deposit rent checks and manage incoming physical mail
  • Source and vet new vendors
  • Support document handling and operational recordkeeping
  • Occasionally represent the company at local networking events (e.g., BNI)
Qualifications:

We are looking for someone organized, decisive, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Required:
  • 2+ years in property management, real estate operations, hospitality operations, construction coordination, or similar
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Comfortable working with remote team members and cleaning crew, and holding them accountable
  • Professional communication skills (tenants, owners, contractors)
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
  • Tech‑comfortable (email, spreadsheets, property management software)
Preferred but not required:
  • Real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Experience with short-term rental operations
  • Basic understanding of construction scope and repair evaluation
  • Experience conducting inspections
  • Salary range: $60,000 – $65,000 annually
