Cumming Group’s Seattle office seeks a Development Manager with healthcare experience to lead one or more medium-to-large real estate projects from concept through completion.
You will coordinate architects, engineers and contractors, manage budgets and schedules, review cost estimates, and ensure quality and regulatory adherence.
The role requires 10+ years in CRE development/PM, a related bachelor’s degree, and a proven ability to navigate entitlements, DOH rules, and multi-stakeholder teams.
