Your New Organization
A well-established non-profit real estate organization is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a 375,000 SF mixed-use portfolio in the greater Seattle market. The portfolio consists of approximately 190,000 SF of office, 93,000 SF of retail, and 123,000 SF of industrial assets, with occupancy currently around 90%. Based out of the organization's Downtown Seattle management office, this is an opportunity to join a mission-driven organization that combines professional property management practices with a meaningful community impact.
Your New Role
As Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for the financial and operational performance of a diverse commercial portfolio totaling 375,000 SF. The portfolio includes office, retail, and industrial properties, with the industrial assets operating under NNN lease structures.
You will oversee day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, budgeting, financial reporting, vendor management, lease administration, and capital improvement projects. In addition, you will directly manage an onsite Chief Engineer, ensuring the properties are maintained to a high standard while delivering exceptional service to tenants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a 375,000 SF mixed-use commercial portfolio
- Preparing annual budgets, forecasts, CAM reconciliations, and financial reports
- Building and maintaining strong tenant relationships
- Overseeing vendors, contracts, maintenance programs, and capital projects
- Driving tenant retention and occupancy initiatives
- Supervising and mentoring the Chief Engineer
- Collaborating with leadership on asset performance and operational strategy
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 7+ years of commercial property management experience
- Experience managing office, retail, and industrial assets
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Experience leading engineering and vendor teams
- Excellent communication and tenant relations abilities
- Proficiency with Yardi, MRI, or comparable property management software
- Desire to work within a mission-driven, community-focused organization
