Senior Real Estate Transactional Counsel

Overview

• The role requires solid and recent real estate transactional experience, encompassing real estate leasing (both landlord and tenant representation), acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, easements, and general real estate finance. This includes drafting leases and purchase and sale agreements, and reviewing title commitments and related real estate documents.

We are currently seeking a Senior Counsel to support our Seattle Real Estate Practice Group. The ideal candidate will possess solid and recent real estate transactional experience, including real estate leasing (landlord and tenant), acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, easements, and general real estate finance. Qualified candidates will have experience drafting leases and purchase and sale agreements, and will have requisite experience reviewing title commitments and related real estate documents.

Candidates must be licensed to practice in Washington and should also have strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $190-$250k per year. This is an employer estimate and the salary offered within that range, and the potential for bonus and bonus amount, will depend on candidate’s years of practice, experience and performance.
