We take pride in creating exceptional living experiences for our residents while maintaining properties that our team is proud to stand behind. As a locally owned and growing company, we value integrity, accountability, collaboration, and a hands‑on approach to property management.

Every team member has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, contribute new ideas, and grow alongside the company.

About the Role

Nordic Partners is seeking an experienced, driven, and people-focused Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities throughout the Seattle area.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, building strong resident relationships, and driving operational excellence. You'll work closely with ownership and leadership to maximize property performance while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

We're looking for someone who is career-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to grow with Nordic Partners as our portfolio continues to expand.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of multifamily apartment communities around the Seattle area.
  • Build strong relationships with residents by delivering exceptional customer service and resolving concerns professionally.
  • Manage leasing performance by overseeing tours, applications, renewals, move‑ins, and move‑outs.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and reduce vacancy.
  • Monitor leasing traffic, conversion metrics, and market trends to improve property performance.
  • Coordinate unit turns and work closely with the maintenance team to ensure apartments are rent‑ready on schedule.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
  • Conduct routine property inspections to maintain curb appeal, safety, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and manage annual operating budgets while monitoring expenses and financial performance.
  • Review property financials, identify opportunities for increased NOI, and recommend operational improvements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including occupancy, delinquency, collections, leasing activity, resident retention, and maintenance performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local housing laws, Fair Housing regulations, and company policies.
  • Support hiring, training, and development of onsite team members as the company continues to grow.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of multifamily property management experience.
  • Experience managing 300+ apartment units.
  • Proven success improving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Strong leasing and sales experience with a demonstrated ability to maximize occupancy.
  • Experience managing maintenance operations, vendor relationships, and capital projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of Fair Housing laws and Washington landlord‑tenant regulations.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive, ownership mentality.
  • Proficiency with property management software such as Entrata or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
What Makes You Successful

We're looking for someone who:

  • Takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done.
  • Communicates professionally with residents, vendors, and teammates.
  • Leads with integrity and accountability.
  • Is highly organized and detail‑oriented.
  • Thrives in a growing company where processes continue to evolve.
  • Enjoys identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Wants to build a long‑term career with a growing real estate company.
Why Nordic Partners?

At Nordic Partners, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact. As a growing company, we value initiative, fresh ideas, and leaders who want to help shape the future of our organization. You'll work directly with ownership, have the autonomy to improve operations, and be part of a collaborative team committed to excellence.

If you're passionate about multifamily property management and are looking for a place where your work truly matters, we'd love to meet you.
