The Real Estate Administrator role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Seattle Area. This role supports brokerage and property management activities through scheduling, document preparation, and coordination of real estate transactions and portfolio records. Responsibilities include managing lease and property files, preparing reports, assisting with marketing materials and listings, and maintaining databases and CRM systems. The Real Estate Administrator will communicate with clients, landlords, tenants, and internal team members to handle inquiries, coordinate property showings, and support ongoing transactions.
The role also involves general administrative assistance such as managing correspondence, tracking deadlines, supporting due diligence activities, and ensuring accurate, organized documentation for transportation-related real estate projects.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in Property Management and Lettings, including lease administration and coordination of property-related activities.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, document management, report preparation, and use of office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Seattle Area and collaborate effectively with a regional team.
- Prior experience in commercial real estate, transportation industry, or corporate real estate services is beneficial.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
