The Danforth has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Professional! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Leasing Professional plays a critical role in our success.

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
• Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers' Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
• Community event planning and execution
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email
• Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units
• Assisting in lease renewals
• Respond to resident concerns

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress

The hourly range for this role is $21.75 - $25.00

Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

Corporate Positions:
In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

Onsite Property Positions:
In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
