Ballard has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Professional! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Leasing Professional plays a critical role in our success.

What your day might look like- Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
- Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers'
- Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
- Community event planning and execution
- Follow up with prospects by phone and email
- Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units
- Assisting in lease renewals
- Respond to resident concerns
- Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
- High level of professionalism in both manner and dress

Hourly range for this role isThe hourly range for this role is $21..75 - $25.50
Additional CompensationMany factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location. Corporate Positions:
In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. Onsite Property Positions:
In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
