Assistant Property Manager

On the financial side, you're watching delinquency closely, driving rent collection, and building familiarity with P&L and budget variances. That exposure compounds fast. On the people side, you're coaching leasing staff, covering for the Property Manager when needed, and serving as the on-site culture carrier. Weekend availability is part of this role, one to two weekends per month, with weekday days off in exchange.

• A four-year degree or equivalent experience with at least two years in property management, hospitality, or retail
• Hands-on exposure to budgets, P&L, and revenue tracking
• Comfort with Yardi or comparable property management software
• Active use of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook, for community marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication, and the sales instincts to back it up
