• Have a real estate license or will obtain one within the next 2 months
• Leasing agents, new brokerage candidates, or agents with minimal real estate experience
• Strong work ethic, negotiation skills, and a positive attitude

• Work with Chicago residential buyers and sellers
• Receive and close a high volume of leads, referrals, and co‑lists
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts
• Host open houses
• Prepare market analysis to help clients determine property value
• Consult clients through the real estate process

• Salary: $50,000 – $100,000 per year, depending on experience
