You don't have to hate your current brokerage to wonder whether there's a better fit.
The Madrona Group | John L. Scott is looking to meet real estate brokers who are serious about growing their business and want more from their brokerage relationship.
We're a locally owned real estate brokerage serving Greater Seattle and Snohomish County. We combine the resources and brand recognition of John L. Scott with local ownership, hands‑on leadership, practical training, modern marketing and technology.
We're not interested in simply collecting licenses. We want to work with brokers who want to build productive, sustainable businesses.

- Prepare and negotiate real estate contracts
- Guide clients from initial consultation through closing
- Build expertise in the markets and communities you serve
- Use CRM, marketing and technology systems to grow your business

That's okay.
You don't need to be unhappy where you are to explore what's available.
Maybe you want better marketing. Better technology. More useful training. Stronger leadership. More accountability. Or maybe you're simply wondering whether your current brokerage is still earning your business.
We're happy to have that conversation.
Conversations with brokers currently affiliated with another brokerage are confidential.
Newer to Real Estate? We're interested in talking with motivated newer brokers too.
You don't need years of production to talk with us. You do need to understand that building a successful real estate business requires prospecting, follow-up, relationship building, learning and consistent execution.
