Role Description

This Real Estate Sales Broker & Property Manager role is based in Seattle, WA. The role includes prospecting and nurturing client relationships, listing and marketing properties, conducting showings, and advising clients on real estate transactions. Responsibilities also include managing residential and/or commercial properties, coordinating maintenance and repairs, handling tenant communications, and overseeing lease administration and renewals. The broker will prepare contracts and property management documents, monitor market trends and property performance, and collaborate with ownership to support portfolio growth and long‑term investment strategies.

The individual in this role is expected to uphold high standards of client service, professionalism, and ethical practice.

Qualifications
  • Active Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate and Real Property principles.
  • Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing real estate transactions.
  • Strong Customer Service orientation with the ability to build trust-based, long‑term client relationships.
  • Experience or interest in real estate sales, property management, including tenant relations, lease administration, and maintenance coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple properties and listings, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with local Seattle real estate market dynamics and investment-focused transactions is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort with real estate and property management software, CRM tools, and basic office technology.
  • High ethical standards, professional demeanor, and commitment to client confidentiality and compliance.
