Tues-Sat 40 hour weeks covering PST
Pay Range : $1500 to $2000 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Role Overview
Join our team as a remote Offsite Leasing Assistant, driving occupancy and resident satisfaction in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from inquiry to lease execution, and serve as a primary contact for residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Management:
Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, manage pipelines, coordinate tours, and convert leads to leases. - Resident Services:
Handle inquiries, requests, and upscale maintenance concerns with excellent customer service. - Marketing:
Maintain and refresh online listings and manage social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). - Reporting:
Maintain accurate leasing data, generate reports, and participate in team updates.
- 2+ years of residential property management leasing experience.
- Proven record of converting leads to leases.
- Proficiency in software such as Entrata, Yardi, App Folio, or Real Page.
- Working knowledge of U.S. Fair Housing regulations.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills; skilled in phone-based rapport building.

Full-time (40 hrs/week), Remote. - Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday (Pacific Time coverage required).
